How Do I Earn Stars?

StarNights Parking Passes each have a "Star" right on them. They are provided to you during each paid stay at a participating Hammock® Hotels & Resorts location. All you need to do is collect and save it!

How do I submit my StarNights Parking Passes towards a free night?

Redeeming your StarNights Reward is something our team wanted to make more engaging than an online button or putting tickets into a robot... we have two classic ways to redeem your StarNights Reward, meet any of our participating hotel GMs or Write us with an old-fashioned stamp. P.S. We love letters!

1) Visit any participating hotel:

Visit any of our hotels for your next stay... or just to say hello. Speak to the Hotel GM to assist you in redeeming your award. We will just need your name and address to verify details and to discuss your gift selections. Simple. Find participating hotels here.

2) Write and send us the passes:

Can't make it to a hotel or missed one of our participating hotel GMs? No worries... just write us a letter with your name, address, and the StarNights Parking passes to our address: PO BOX 1303, Toms River, NJ 08754.

For processing, please allow up to 30 days to have your StarNights Reward confirmed and sent to your specified address. If a gift option becomes unavailable for any reason, a member of our team will reach out with alternatives for you.

Do the Passes ever expire?

Yes, non-members expire within 12 months. To get a longer expiration date, join our StarNights Membership today!
